The following are important Spring dates for Cumberland High School 1. Scholarship Night = Monday, May 13, 2019 starting at 6:30 in the high school cafe. 2. Academic awards = Wednesday, May 15, 2019 starting at 1:00 in the high school gym. The public is invited to attend 3. Graduation practice = Friday, May 17, 2019. Students will need to be at the high school gym dressed professionally and in cap and gowns by 12:00 (noon). Practice will start at 1:00 following pictures 4. Baccalaureate and Graduation = Sunday, May 19, 2019. Baccalaureate will start at 2:00 with Graduation set to start at 3:00 in the high school gym. The CHS baseball team will play Mt. Vernon at Busch Stadium on Saturday, April 20. The game will be played after the 1:15 Cardinals vs. New York Mets game. Purchase tickets from a CHS player or coach. Ticket location and prices will be determined by the Cardinals soon.

A Powder Puff football game has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 9! Admission to the game will be $1.00 or a nonperishable food item. The money and food will go to One Stop Community Christmas and the Eastern Illinois Food Bank to help those in need within our community.
