Students in Mrs. Mulheron’s and Ms. McDaniel's sixth grade science class participated in a lab to see how exercise affects the body! They measured their heart rate and breathing rate before and after exercising and recorded the changes. It was a great hands-on way to learn how our heart and lungs work together during physical activity.
