Students in Fellowship of Christian Athletes met on October 26 and heard from Allen Darling, CHS senior athlete. Allen spoke to the students about not taking things for granted. He explained that we are not promised tomorrow; therefore, it is very important to make sure that you are right in the eyes of the Lord and that you live each day to the best of your ability. He encouraged the athletes to give each day their all and to not put things off - you will never be able to get that time back!
Students enjoyed breakfast provided by an anonymous donor.
The next meeting will be Thursday, November 9th with guest speaker Jake Venatta, CHS alum and Industrial Arts teacher.
